Received this very nice package in the mail this morning from Down Under and fine gentleman Ed, whose sense of humor I've always enjoyed on this forum.

I felt that Ed and I had gotten close, but as we all know, his perceptive abilities are beyond that of the norm. He knew I could use an increase in my vitamin B intake, and was kind enough to send some Vegemite! I will admit that I have been dying to try this stuff since the 80's!

Also included, was some Shave moisturizing shave cream, a sample of Boots for Men from the UK, some Geo F Trumper Eucris, and some Crabtree and Evelyn Sandalwood, which will hit my scuttle and brush before the day is out. All great stuff and soaps I've wanted to try.

Ed - thank-you very much, was feeling tired and a tad cranky today according to my wife, but your package has put a smile on my face for the rest of the day!

Nice to see some local produce making into the northern lands
Now Remember a good solid coat of Vegemite on butter on fresh bread is the best way to eat it,
but be warned it may be a bit rich for those who don't have it in the blood,
so it is best to start with a thin smear and work your way to peanut butter thick
Also add cheese on your sanga for a great snack

Having been a recipient of Eds' generosity a while ago, I'm not surprised to read this. A true gentleman !!
NOW, we must be serious here, which is best ?....Vegemite (Australia), Marmite (English) or Promite (Australian)....

We Aussies can get quite passionate about this....wars have started

Now - knowing I shouldn't put Maple Syrup or Back Bacon, although that might not be a bad idea come to think of it, any traditional Down Under recipes you Aussie's could recommend for this Vegemite!

Ed suggested I try a bit on some toast to start with, what else would be nice to try with this?
