Thanked: 433His health comeback in the mid to late 2000's was amazing, his former manager basically kept him a drugged-up slave for years, his new manager/bandmate slowly weaned him off everything without Johnny's knowledge and told him one Christmas that he had been straight (Methadone for 30 years) for a few months. He was an amazing guitar player.

Boy! Was not a fan as I was young, don't know why. Not as mainstream as most. They play his rifts on public radio here on weekends. Amazing stuff. Great talent. RIP, Johnny.

I rest my case.
