Hot Stuff
I don't know too much about the spicy, because my mouth sure loves it, but my stomach sure don't ... but I tried the Dave's Gourmet Temporary Insanity and it easily rivals the hottest sauce I have ever eaten. Anybody looking for that deep burning sensation should look over here.

Yeah, a friend bought me some for Christmas because I love spicy curries, but this was ridiculous. Unusable in my opinion. Just masks every other flavour in the food.
If you're into curries and spicy food, I recommend you try having a plate of fresh green chillies (the small finger shaped ones) on a side dish. Can be shopped up or just eaten whole. The one thing you need to ensure is to get the seeds out first (they are what hurts your guts afterwards!).
And make sure they're green chillies since red ones don't taste as nice (and burn more).

One of the things I like about living in Houston is the variety of hot sauces available in any supermarket.

A good friend brought a jar of extra hot vindaloo curry from England.
Some friends who also like hot food came over and I thought I'd make chicken curry with the stuff.
Basically, I opened the jar. had a whiff, then tasted a teeny bit off the tip of my pinky, then asked my friend to do the same. Then we threw it away because it was inedibly hot.
Even if you could down it, you were guaranteed to be on or over the pot one way or the other.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Well, I put just a teensy bit in my daal yesterday and it spiced it up just right. Didn't overpower the other flavours or anything. It's all in the application.
