that's a finnish rock band called Eppu Normaali (song is recorded in 80's) and song is called Kitara, Taivas Ja Tähdet (Guitar, Sky & Stars in english) and that guitar player is going wild on that song, best guitar melody i have heard ever
i love it and everyone who likes Dire Straits kind of rock, should like that too, even if you don't understand anything he's singing in that one...
