At the bottom right corner of every post are three (sometimes four) buttons:
The Quote button, which we must be aware of in order to quote, a "+" button and a "-" button.
Hitting the Quote button will instantly put the quote into the "Reply" page and send you there.
Clicking the "+" button let's the system know that you wish to quote that person eventually, but waits until you click Reply before taking you to the Reply page and inserting the relevant text. You may "+" any number of posts to have them each inserted. They will all be multi-quoted when you click Reply.
If you decide you don't want to quote one that you've already clicked "+" on, then clicking the "-" will remove it from the list.

Wow....what planet am I on??? I don't have any + or - buttons - I've got an 'Edit' button, a 'Quote' button, a Multi-Quote' button (sometimes - othertimes its just the red 'X') and a 'Quick Response' button (never used that one).

I'm in the SRP Default (Steel Blue) style on a Windows (which sucks, by the way) XP computer.

When I press the multi-quote button, it turns red.... ....so I don't press it.

    -whatever

OK, that's sorted. But, is there any easy way to split a single post into multiple little quotes without inserting the "[ quote]" and "[ /quote]" by hand?

    Eg:
