Glad I just received 3 kilos of Valrhona cocoa powder. Maybe I'll order up some 60% just to be safe.

Ok, I guess I'll now need to upgrade my dogs in order to keep the chocolate stash safe... I just bought loads to make my legendary chocolate truffles.

I really miss Vermont Maid. Growing up with my Mom's Saturday pancakes Vermont Maid was always on the table.

A couple of months ago I bought some grade A Vermont 100% maple syrup and some Canadian grade B. Grade B is not inferior to A, just a thicker consistency is the distinction. I do French toast, and/or buckwheat pancakes just to be able to use the syrup. I'm going to have to look for some Belgian waffles. :)

I remember buckets hanging on the trees in fall. Last time I had a pancake I think. As for chocolate, I have a connection in Costa Rica. She has her own factory in the jungle. When I say factory I mean trees, bowls, and a lot of helpers :<0) Why anybody would drink beer instead of a good shot of Gentleman Jack is beyond my comprehension.
