One of my favorites has passed away, according th the BBC.
A fine musician and a character.

Cry Me A River ! Sorry to hear it. He was quite a singer, and he burned the candle at both ends for too long.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Died way too young at age of 70 due to lung cancer so I read. He'll be missed for sure.

Always like Joe. Sang with great feeling. An extraordinary song writer. Won't be any more like him, IMO.
