When I have confronted them, they'd sometimes retrieved the package but other times confessed they did not even have it. I've had to drive to the post office way too many times because of that.
Have been sitting in my shop and watched the carrier come and go,with the garage door wide open and just leave a notice.
I follow them down the street to get what they were supposed to deliver.
