i saw this article this morning and didnt get a chance to read it till now .. pretty cool story , im surprised it wasnt loaded though !? ...
i cant tell you how many times ive set my camo shot gun down after shooting a squirrel or turkey and went to retrieve the game only to come back and really have to think , if not look for a couple minutes to find the gun ..
but one time in Cleveland city limits i was trimming trees away from billboards as you go downtown , i went for a walk in an area about 8-10acres and found a rusted Horton Hunter crossbow leaning against a tree with a bolt with broadhead still in it .. storys like this make me wonder how much is out there that hasnt been found yet !

When I was doing structural steel erection back in the '70s/'80s I worked with a lot of Mohawks. Once at break time they were talking about another Native American and one of them said, "He is a Tonto." I was friends enough with some of them to ask what that meant. Apparently it is synonymous to an African American calling someone an Oreo. 'Black on the outside, white on the inside'. People can be tough when it comes to ethnicity.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
