Thread: Straight Razor Security

I haven't been on here for a while. But I have been notified by the SRP site that someone attempted to log into the site 5 times unsuccessfully using my account. They even provided me the IP address.

Now THAT is what I call security!!

Currently I have grown a pretty decent beard that I plan on devastating with the CMon razor that I sent to Lynn to have repaired. I haven't used it since I got it back, but it will have its work cut out for it come spring.

Anyway I figured I would sing the sites security praises. I probably won't be back until spring, so if anyone begins posting under my moniker let me know.

With the IP I got from SRP security I found this out:

So apparently someone in China is trying to hack the site. Watch your personal information!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This will be my last post till I shave my beard in spring. I may post a video of how well the C-Mon works.

China is preparing a batch of straight razors. It must be getting ready to post comments on how fantastic they shave and how everybody should own one!

It's the new Chinese marketing plan.

The reported IP addresses are not just China. With this type of thing you cannot assume immediately that it originates from China. It could be that part of the attacks are routed through Chinese proxies yet originate somewhere completely different.
