Victory over Gillette
YES!!! I finally got my girlfriend off of her Venus and onto a DE! I'm buying her a brush and giving her some Trufitt Almond Shaving creme. It was a slow battle lasting four months before she caved in and tried it. Now she is okay with it.
Take that you friggin $3 cartridge!

That just means there's room for improvement. Well done, Brendon. Now when she starts to talk about how much smoother her legs are now and how long the shave last, remind her that a straight shaves even closer and that there are other ladies in SRP men's families that use a straight on their legs with great results.

I just gave her one I had restored saying "here, I got this for you and restored it to you, just for you" Then i showed her how to use it, and periodically asked her how she liked it. (she didn;t use it for a few weeks, but I never badgered her, just asked how she likes the DE) then She just started to use it.
I just gave her a badger brush yesterday and gave her some of my Trufitt almond shaving cream.
I know eventually she'll come to the straights...we'll see which one I'll give up

If that brush is a silver tip, I'll bet she's hooked already.

Way to go Brendon Slow training is the best way to do it. How do you think I convinced Olga to be ok with me buying a bike?
