Made my little girl a coin ring
Used a Murcury dime(90% silver) to make a ring for my little princess. I drilled a hole in the center and mounted the dime on a bolt. I rotated it while tapping the edge with a hammer until it was wide enough and about the size I was aiming for. I put the bolt on a drill and sanded with 600 and 1000 grit sand paper. The hole was drilled out larger and I ground the center out with a dremel. Sanded the inside and polished everything with emery and green rouge with the dremel. It's a little loose on her middle finger(just what I was aiming for) so she can grow into it. Turned out great and my little girl loves it.

Great idea for your little girl. It will always be a treasure coming from Dad.

Very nice. I have been wanting to try that. The idea of turning a coin inside out without breaking it seems interesting.
