With g-wizard you can draw lines and see the gcode or write gcode and see the lines - side by side.

The dimensions typically follow the parts, but you can select the part, get its properties, and unassociated the dimension so that it doesn't change with the scale.

Everything in the drawing is the same 1/2 scale. What are the steps I should follow to achieve making everthing in the drawing larger ?

Open up a new IPT
Click on the green tick to take it out of sketch mode and put it into feature mode
Click on the DERIVE button
Choose model you want to scale
In the derive window you can choose your scale.
