Lord, just got the tile/drain in, painted all the trim. Ready to roll the walls....

Sorry to hear that Tom. You can't catch a break, except you'll get to see how your new drainage plan works.
Meanwhile, as I turn in it's 89 here at almost midnight and dry as a bone here less than 1/2 mile from the Atlantic. I'll get my wind and rain later in the summer.Just call me Harold

Yep! We still have some roads under water here. Now, 70% tomorrow, 80% weds and weds night, then 50% thurs. Man I tired of the water
