They need to introduce a healthy Wolf population back into Newfoundland to readdress the inbalance, or transport that pack from Yellowstone park because those big boys are quite unique as I believe the leading Alpha male acutally targets full grown Bison saw a documentary where he took down one big healthy Bison after running him down now that's some animal. PS a good friend of mine from Wales lived in Canada for many years and liked his fishing and hunting he told me Moose steak was the finest meat on the planet is there any truth in this?

It can be. It can also be tough as shoe leather if harvested from an old bull that wasn't cooked very well. That was my intro to moose meat, so for the longest time I avoided it. But now I'd have to agree that it can be very, very good. I'm a big fan of elk too.

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Thru Gods grand design,Buffalo are very easy to kill,They have a common Pluera, both lungs in one chest cavity.
This made it easy for the indians to kill them with one arrow to the chest, one hole, both lungs go down (also true with canines).

In a lot of cases the more efficient "buffalo Jump" means of killing buffalo/Bison was used. One of the best examples is in Alberta Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump World Heritage Site . Industrial strength harvesting.

Wolves can exert enough pressure with their jaws to crush the vertebra of any North American Animal.

I grew up in New York and you see guys going hunting for deer and coming back empty handed and you guessed it they hit one on the road. I had a friend this happened to and it took out the front end of his car and left him with a forever changed face.

Now that's what I call bad luck! It's bad enough to run into a deer, but to have one fall from the sky on to your vehicle? Cripes.
