I'm Sorry
I'm just posting this to say sorry to current and prospective customers. I pride myself on my service as much as my work, but it's been a very bad week. I had to replace the hd in my computer. Some of my programs aren't working quite right, either. On top of that, I spent the last couple days rebuilding the front end on my truck. If I haven't answered your PMs or emails, or there's a delay in shipping (I haven't even been able to drive to the P.O. for a few days), I apologize, and want you to know I will get to it as soon as I possibly can. All my finished work will ship tomorrow, and I'll try and get started on the backlog. All this on top of getting an average of 3 hrs. sleep a night, trying to get caught up while I'm not working at my regular job.
Thank you,
Joe

Thanked: 0Hello joe,
I think most people will be understanding of your situation and know you will follow through. Take care and get more than 3 hours sleep.

Hey Joe,
Everyone will understand.
But if I may give you some advice: don't lose your sleep over this. Literally.
trying to do too much in too little time, and then sacrificing precious sleep over it is the quickest way to burnout.
Razors are supposed to be fun.
If you don't care about yourself, noone does.
Don't have a burnout and be gone from the razor scene forever.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.
To spit in Sightblinder’s eye on the Last Day

Take your time Joe, my PM was going to cost me money anyway so I could do with saving up a little more before you reply!

Joe, I'll never forgive you!! I hate you I hate you I hate you! Ok, let's get serious.. Every biz suffers setbacks. It goes to your credit that you're keeping your customers posted. I have been a happy customer and you've dealt with me with a high level of professionalism. I hope everything gets back on track a.s.a.p. and it goes so well that you can even schedule in a bit of vacation time

Take your time Joe, its not like we don't have other razors to play with in the meantime!
I'd rather have you sharp and well rested while working on my razors even if it takes longer.
