Happy thanksgiving.
Happy thanksgiving if you're celebrating it today. For us Canadians it is a day of thanks for all the things and freedoms we've got. I happen to be truly blessed with good health, good family and good food. Have great Sunday!! Enjoy your wet shave!
Once again happy thanksgiving!!

Thanked: 3795I know this is very shortsighted of me, but I had no knowledge of Canadian Thanksgiving. This is awesome because I really like doing up Thanksgiving so I'll gladly start doing it twice a year now that I know about this! Wikipedia says it is celebrated the second Monday of October but often instead is celebrated the weekend just before it.
So Happy Thanksgiving guys!
Oh, and you are welcome to double up and celebrate ours in November as well!

To all my Canadian friends (and you know who you are) a very Happy Canadian Thanksgiving.
Come the American version I will celebrate as I have for years. With family off around the country and those closer involved with in-laws I've adopted a dinner for one: Roasted Cornish Hen, Baked Yam, many veggies salad and a glass of wine. All of which is followed by an anti-diabetic once a year (not counting my birthday) hunk of chocolate cake with fudge frosting. Also one of the few times I sit down at a table and do it up right instead of in front of the TV."The sharpening stones from time to time provide officers with gasoline."

Thanked: 4207Two turkey's down, two sides of pig chopped down to size. Two halves of the family met and entertained with over the last two nights.
Tomorrow, that's gonna be just the wife and I.
25 years of marriage to celebrate with the woman who still lets my key work in the front door!
Got this on ice for the after dinner hot tub.
Cheers gents."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."
