Thanked: 351Post Office, previously a letter carrier (now they're called Delivery Agents), but with a failing body, (I discovered that making snow angels on black ice coated pavement takes it's toll) I was placed in the sorting plant. Currently I deal with all the "weird stuff" that nobody knows what to do with... damaged, missing labels, strange addresses, hazardous goods and I won't mention the rest of it. Looking forward to retiring next year.... It'll be nice to collect a pay check without having to do anything for it!
Regards

Air traffic controller, I literally get paid to look out a window and yell at people.
Should be good practice for retirement when I'll sit on the porch and yell at people.

Now I understand why you're THE BIG SPENDUR.
I am a maintenance mechanic, Jack-of all-trades, master-of-none. I do carpentry, plumbing, electrical, vehicle repair, small & large gas engine repair, diesel, fuel dispenser repair, HVAC, etc, etc, etc... 40 hours per week at a kids camp as "Maintenance Director" and 30-35 hours per week for a chain of gas stations/convenience stores. I shave in the morning.

Thanked: 4827I have a top secret federal government job. Hopefully the change in government should have things a little less silly through all the government agencies. Night shaver also.
It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!
