    Default Biggest One Hit Wonders

    Driving along today and out from the radio comes Margaritaville. Couldn't resist singing along. Got me thinking about one hit wonders. For me it's got to be Jimmy Buffett. He's has to be the most successful. List yours.

    Keep your concentration high and your angles low!

    Despite the high cost of living, it's still very popular.

    "Ice Ice Baby" by the one and only Vanilla Ice. What a cheese ball song that was, I still can't believe how popular it was.

    Oh yea, awesome, remember that one, and how could we ever, ever forget....the 80's, the "all inclusive" decade...

    "Sunny" by Bobby Hebb! Top 25 in 1966, then never had another hit.

    Going back a bit further in time......... maybe to your grandpa .......... Louie Louie by the Kingsmen,

    and further yet ....... one of my favorites, Muleskinner Blues, by the Fendermen.

    Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

    Irma Thomas - Wish someone would care

    Just took a chance and found this on youtube ........ haven't heard it since I was 13, until tonight ..... but I never forgot it. Not exactly a 'hit' though ;
