IMHO the reason for the ground swell of support for Trump is not racism, misogynism, or any other 'ism'. Just look at the Republican party leaders ....... this is supposed to be a government of the people, for the people and by the people. The people of the Republican party have spoken and overwhelmingly want Trump as the nominee. The professional politicians govern for their own, and are reacting in a way that will destroy the party. Sad shape this country is in, and no relief in sight.
