Default Can you help critique this?

I'm helping set up my wife's website for her new business. In a nut shell her business is to translate all types of media into foreign languages. In market terms it's called localization. Which is the adaption of a product to meet the language and cultural requirements of a specific target market. The word Localization is often written in shorthand as L10N where the 10 stands of the number of letters between the L and the N but is pronounced as Lion (the big cat). Hence the theme of her site.

So what Im asking for is if you would please take a look at it and critique the functionality and flow of it. You don't have to understand the content but play around and navigate through it to see if Ive missed anything or if something needs fixed, not working, or just doesn't flow well. The only thing I ask is please don't email her or call her but see if all of the numbers and links work. And if you would like to see something done differently just let let me know. I welcome any an all suggestions. I know this is a work in progress but I would like to get it in tip top shape before she goes live with it.

Just bare in mind, that she makes all of the final decisions as any good husband already knows.

    Here is her link... Home

    Thanks in advance.

Title in the header needs to change from just, "Languages" so it displays company name and tagline in Tab view.

Looks good, seems to be a solid "cookie cutter" website design, all the social media flags are there. Just make sure, if you're going to have links to FB, Twitter etc., that you actually have content on them, and that they're also being monitored regularly. Nothing worse than leaving a message in a black hole, where you don't get a response for days, or in some cases hours. If it's instant social media, the expectation is prompt return communication - so maybe think if you really want to make that commitment or not.

Everything else to me looks great, but likes noses, that just my opinion, and everyone has one of those....

The social media sites are set as a business accounts and posts from followers are not activated. So there will be no posts or replies to it by followers, only the ability for someone to follow, like and see it in their personal feeds. That way nothing gets overlooked. Its a little different than a regular FB/twitter account. Most of her real networking is done on LinkedIn. Thats where her contacts are already established.

I don't have the meta tags up yet either. It and she is not quite ready for live action.

Thanks and I think I did it. Just need to add some description to it too.

Great - now just add "Canadian" and "Newfie / Newfoundland" language translation services and you'll broaden your market......

Canadians easy, just "Ay" to the end of every sentence. :-)
French Canadian is the more challenging one. You have to change Ay to "le Ay."
    Sorry mate, couldn't resist.

    Thanks for the tips.

What was your first impression? Did it resinate business/professional to you?
