Thanked: 37Admired him in and out of the ring. Rest in Peace.

I am somewhat a student of boxing having grown up with a dad who had been a boxer. I tried too, but was saving my face for shaving :-)
Ali was the best ever..fast and heavy handed. Truth be known, he was also a great thinker and provoked a lot of thought by his style and decisions in and out of the ring. He may have been braver than many who criticized him.Just call me Harold

I wish we could have seen Ali vs Tyson, both in their prime.
My money would be on Tyson but boy would it be a fight to rememberTil shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Great boxer and quite a character. While being quite controversial, he stood by his convictions, backed them up, somewhat.
Interesting man for the times, love him or not, to be respected and mourned, RIP"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.
