Thread: One Great Sunday Afternoon.

Sunday I took a little ride down around Memphis to Hnedakjr home and met him and a couple more fellows. Good people. We talked razors and honing and many other topics. had a chance to meet the guy I'd talked to on the phone many times. As i said good folks. Got a look at several different hones that I had only heard about here on the place . learned a few things. (I'm old and have to take it slow) A young fellow that goes by the name GIJames was helping another young man to hone a Gold Dollar razor. That took a little while but when finished it would pass the HHt. Don't know about the shaving test yet but will ask next time i here from one of them or maybe they will post it on the Place. All said and done I would suggest to anyone that if you have a chance to have a mini meet as we did to do so. It's a lot of fun and if your like me a chance learn new techniques.

Never heard about that meet up, I sure could have made that one as close to home as that was, instead I was riding out your way. Tc

Really was kind of short notice for me. I started to ride my bike but by the time i got home i was glad i didn't . The air con. was keeping me away.

I would like to start or go to any small meet within 300 miles of me, just do not have much time to go though as my little woman is ill and will be until she passes.
