    Default The world ahead

While this has nothing to do directly with wet shaving it's meaning is the base for what we do in all aspects of our lives. This, from my eleven year old granddaughter:
"Knowledge is not sitting but listening and hearing and learning and wondering, and teaching and trying...learning is not graded but learning is not quite play. Learning's in the middle and it comes from day to day."

No doubt in my mind that there is hope for humanity when an eleven year old can define life so well.

Quite astute for an 11yr old. Be proud!

kelbro, thanks. I credit more my daughter and my son-in-law's genetic combination for the astuteness of my granddaughter. Being a generation removed I am at the observation stage of life, watching the future unfold. Watching her grow and develop gives me hope for the human race and am sure that there are other children developing an awareness of life as is she.

Looking out at today's world and seeing what craziness is going on makes you wonder what good could possibly be in our future. With words of wisdom such as your granddaughter's lets hope and pray more of her generation see things the same way, only then can we imagine a better future for our grandchildren's children.

There is that old saying "out of the mouths of babes".

Unfortunately the realities of the world take control as they grow and out of necessity they have to change.

But, I hope you are right and I'm wrong.
