Well We were at a stop light and the guy turning right in the opposite is the who hit him. You have to slow WAY down to take this turn, Like I said the guy may have been distracted, But the way another car was honking his horn at him, I don't know, I would think you would feel it when you run over something and stop to see what it was. The front left wheel of the car is what got him. Maybe I might give the guy a pass that area IS hard to see (Blind spot?). I had a lot of emotion going on my first post. Its just tough seeing it happen in front of you.
