It's not that we get older and forget it's that the older we get the more we have to remember and sometimes we leave the none important things behind and just concentrate on the important things . I always have tended to derail my own trains of thought so I probably won't even notice my decline.

Like my pappy used to say "getting old is no fun".

You just have to come up with a system to help you remember things.

There is a site called "Lumosity". They have these "brain" games and they do work. They won't push back the clock 20 years but I've found it to be well worth the cost.

It is like I had a DSL (brain) and now I've got a dial up. I'll try and remember someone's name, that would have been immediately retrieved 10 years ago, but now it may take 45 minutes, or 3 hours. The download is still working, but the old grey mare ain't what she used to be ..........
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
