Gee I thought he was dead already.

it's the last roundup for him.

I wonder where the original Buntline Specials are today. If you know what those are you are probably pretty old. RIP cowboy.

I watch him everyday on Encore Westerns because I love old Westerns. He has his own website & you could buy autographed photo's from him. I just got a couple from him about 2 months ago & his wife Virginia wrote me & told me his handwriting has gotten a little worse because I had gotten an autographed photo from him a year ago & his handwriting was perfect. This time I could tell it had gotten worse. I got another 2 signed pics from him this time because the one I had somehow gotten a tiny crease on it near the side but is perfect when framed. I also watched a movie yesterday with him, Spencer Tracy, Robert Wagner, Richard Widmark & others called Broken lance which I like a lot. This is what Virginia O'Brian wrote to me recently, this last time:

    Stephen,

I'll try to get it out soon. I'm busy all day soon downtown L.A. Not sure if I'll get by a post office.

I went to a Fiesta Del Derby party on Saturday. We had a small betting pool going. I did bet on Nyquist and won a big $23.

I do know about clearing rooms and areas to do hobbies, etc. I never get ahead. Somehow I get these orders out.

You'll probably notice a big difference in Hugh's signature from the one that has the crease so frame that one now. The rest to come.

    Virginia

They had been watching the Kentucky Derby when she wrote this. Hugh O'Brian, like many others will be missed but that's why I have dvd boxed sets of The Life & Legend of Wyatt Earp, Gunsmoke & more plus a lot of movies. Here are some pics of Hugh:

I have a few signed pics from actors/actresses like James Arness who also has his own website & it is currently run by his wife Janet. I was lucky enough to get some from James before he passed away. I have some from Clint Walker; Cheyenne, Richard Boone; Have Gun Will travel, Clint Eastwood, Eli Wallach, Lee Van Cleef, Glenn Ford, Kirk Douglas (who will be 100 years old December 16th) & is still with us, Robert Duvall, Paul Newman, Warren Oates, Joel McCrea & more. I wish I had one of John Wayne & Steve McQueen but those, if you can find 'em, would be super expensive. I got ones that were authenticated or gotten like I got Hugh O'Brian's & James Arness. Clint Walker also has his own website & sells autographed photo's. Robert Fuller; Laramie has his own website & sells them.
    RIP Hugh
