Somewhat off the wall, but Loctite does do surgical adhesives:
medical-adhesive-technology-
I do hope that you can get the little bugger to stay in place! UV cure and a MD that knows his stuff should do it. I had a Cardiologist what thought he was a god. I got a different one and profited greatly.

From what I've found at this point the screws and plates really isn't necessary. If so I'll just get it out. Anyway I'll find out more next week. Thanks guys.
