The thing is done as of this morning!
My town : population = 1,900. No parking spots in the lot with people circling and a waiting line at the signup station. Busiest I've ever seen.

    I vote early and often.

PS - Jimmy, it's good to see you are participating in Movember. Someone get that man a badge!

My heart is with the guys participating in Movember, but I've been wearing a mustache since long years before the concept ever came along, and will keep wearing it long after it is over. So I don't consider myself a participant. (full disclosure)

I read that the turnout is unprecedented in many states. Whether your candidate wins or not, a high turnout is good because having a silent majority skews the outcome every time. My American friends are half half either side of the spectrum so I decided to take a time off from posting on FB for a couple of days until the first wave of wailing and the gnashing of teeth has passed

All of the political crap is one of the many reasons I don't do Fakebook. Probably 80% of the stupid political memes I see from my relatives on there are blatant lies, easily proven false with just a few clicks towards primary sources. No thanks!

Yea, I deactivated my Facebook until this blows over. It's sad when I see people I respect making really ignorant comments, or they support a criminal.

0800 this day I did what I thought every thinking American should have done, I voted. I hit it lucky as to timing as I had a 10 minute wait.According to the volunteers they opened with about 350 of my farming countryside neighbors already there and waiting for their chance to be heard. (Township of about 400 homes!) I passed by later in the day and the location was full again. Nice weather for WI, 50° and little wind. Not bad for 24/7 harvest season!

You don't have to go to facebook to see lies, just turn on the news, or open a newspaper.

I look... unusual with a mustache, so I can only really get away with it for Movember.
