Thread: 10 years

I just realised that I have been a member here for 10 years. Been a moderator, senior mod and admin for most of those years.

Seen the site grow from a thousand members to tens of thousands. Various major changes, upgrades, upheavals and events later i am still here.

I've travelled across the world to meet some of you, and went from being completely ignorant on steel and razors to being a custom razor smith who handforges damascus and wootz blades.

To quote a horribly overused phrase: what a long strange trip it has been.

Looking forward to the next decade in this community!

It would not be the same without you!

Thanks for being around, you do a great job and congratulations.

You also make some awesome custom razors, even some way out stuff out of 400 year old pieces of Tamahagane steel....

And you have your own emoji....which makes you a living legend, right?
