It's getting that time of year
Time to get boat out of the barn and batteries charged. put new line on the fly rods and order a new jig or two. I believe i like crappie anyway but raw.

Nothing wrong with sushi given enough wasabi in soy sauce. And, I also enjoy fried walleye.

I always practice catch and release with crappie....
I release them into Lake Crisco!

Fishing season has been on the mind since hunting season is coming to an end. I usually have my license by now. It is time to get all the line off the rods, clean them up, put fresh line back on and get ready to hit the lake and the bay. A good old trophy rockfish tastes great right off the grill, or actually, any way you cook it.
