Thread: Warning...internet site

So found out there is a site with a pretty impressive amount of info on people that has no restrictions as to who can access it.
Searched myself and found a lot of stuff that I don't want the general public to have access to.
Maybe I'm paranoid, but I don't like my info out on the "net" for anyone to see. Ok I am paranoid, but that's another story!

Sometimes OPT OUT is just bait to find out if you are a real person. Then they have confirmation and even more data on you.

Word I got came from Military Criminal Investigation

I have one of those John Smith types of name where it sends those computer programs into an endless loop. My screen froze and I had to reset my computer.

This just maybe the reason I need to change my real name to "John Doe"

Can almost guarantee you that nothing is going to be removed. If they have the info, so do hundreds of others. It's scary how much is out there on us and how easy it is to access.

A lot of that is because the "Freedom of Information Act"
That opened doors which were once locked shut. If people want info on anyone they can pretty much get it

Many of the pay sites like Lexus-nexus makes that site look infantile. if your willing to pay and say it's for legitimate purposes you can get a complete dossier on anyone.

Even big brother isn't safe .............
