What preparations are you taking? Forget about using that straight.

Oddly enough it is also the anniversary of the first time my wife asked me out on a date. We got take out chicken and ate it at an overlook of the bird sanctuary. It was a beautiful spring day. That was 24ish years ago.

I do not worry about Friday 13th, or the Ides of March. However, I am somewhat concerned with my safety on March 17th, when the descendants of the Irish (and those who claim to be for a single day) get intoxicated on a few too many pints of green ale.

I'm more concerned about the 18th, when I drag myself out of bed with a splitting everything ache and try to find the bar receipts to do the math & figure how much I drank, and how much it cost.

Personally, I could care less what happened back in Rome all those years ago.

With that said I'm looking forward to the 8th of May.
