Thread: A Phone Call From The Boss.

I think you all know I'm no fan of the president however I've been wondering what he shaves with being the rich guy he is. I figured he either shaves with some mega buck electric or a cheap cartridge.

Ever since he took office I've been writing to his office requesting that info and of course I got nada. So a couple days ago all of a sudden my cell phone goes off (which is a rare occurrence cause I really don't use it anyway) and it's the White House Switchboard and suddenly I'm talking to HIM. He wanted to know why I had this interest in his shave routine and I told him all about our site and wet shaving and all that. He told me he uses an electric, some fancy contraption his kids bought for him and he has never been happy with it or the results.

He really had an interest in straights but said he didn't have the time to learn these days but he wanted me to recommend a DE and all the associated items and he would start using that. We discussed the difficulty in getting a good straight made in the U.S for a good price and he was amazed. He would also check out our site but he wouldn't join.

Then out of the blue he made this proposition. He said he wanted me to come up with a plan which his organization would fund to produce quality razors in the U.S and service them. He wanted this to be a big deal as it fits right in with his ideas of entrepreneurship and American sources and training. He said his organization would start an advertising blitz. It could expand to signature scents and brushes and all the rest.

He said to get the names of at least 50 members here who would be the backbone and they would work out of their houses and would be well paid for their efforts. He wanted folks who have good honing and restoration skills as well as razor makers and computer tech folks and marketing people. Essentially the whole gamut of skills necessary to start a successful enterprise.

He was talking about salary starting in the mid 5 figures and up.

So who shall I refer to him? Any takers?

If you pass this up you would well be a fool April or not.

I was reading this and getting all excited! It's not true? It's not April fools day yet...even in New Mexico. I could see that being true, he's been playing a lot of golf lately and seems to have a lot of extra time on his hands.

It doesn't have to be April Fools Day for Nelson to come up with some Cock and Bull 'BS'. Way too much time on his retired hands.
