    Default Good Little Emergency Radio.

    Hey Guys,

Hurricane season each year causes us to prepare & inspect our equipment. I had a small hurricane radio for about 20 years that came from Radio Shack. The coating deteriorated so bad you could not hold it anymore.

I spent some time researching online & decided on this one based on reviews. I got it last month, very happy with it. The clarity is great, palm size, looks well built.

It's pretty much Sangean, Grundig, Eton and Sony that are the big players in these things.

I have never cared for the clarity of the Eton.

Many of the Grundig models are actually Eton. They make a lot of models from basic to really sophisticated.
