I MIGHT be able to plow a field straight if i had that Dave. Maybe!

Even with that level of sophistication, I do believe I could easily screw up a straight line.

that's all just my planter information. The line at the top, with the 2 half discs just shows what each row unit is doing. Skips or multiple seeds. I can see anything the planter is doing with that display.

As to a straight line....well I'll get you guys a picture of that screen, and how it gets set up next week. I'm rained out for a few more days it seems. The Auto-trac is pretty simple actually. With the new system, all you have to do is drive about 200 feet, hit the button then just hit another button and away it goes.....

Much more than when I was on the farm. I was 16 back in the 70's and the rest of the family went on vacation. I had to stay home to milk the cows and spray the corn.

I miss judged the sprayer and I didn't want to double spray with what I was using. Later that summer every 13th row had weeds.

Dad was frustrated but couldn't get mad because every field was the same and perfectly wrong.....

When I rode from El Cajon CA to Tucson AZ to meet Splashone I stopped for fuel for the bike and water for me in a place called 'Datewood AZ' at 11am. They had an 'New; old style bulb thermometer that was in the shade and it was 106 degs!!!!!!!!!! I have no idea how hot it was when I landed at Splasehone's home at 3:30 pm but it was frigging HOT!

Didn't have a thermometer but I think the hottest I ever felt was riding my bike across the Texas Panhandle in late September, 2003. Seems like I was pulling over every 50 miles or so for water. No such thing as a cool breeze at 100+ degrees on a bike at 70+MPH!
