I'm sorry, who are you?
Yeah, here they rusted from being near the ocean. I remember if you went to the beach guys would wash their cars before driving back inland so the salt didn't dry.
It was a great engine. Only trouble was they leaked a little oil...the mechanics always say it "slung oil" out. Because of the angle of the engine it came out the filler cap because of the stream coming up the push rods. It was really strong for the size. Remember that old push button automatic Chrysler made? They did some weird stuff in the 60s. Not least of which was that ungodly powerful hemi V8 paired with that horrible front end and 4 wheel drum brakes.
Hah?

Count much?
Uhhhhh...no they don't.

One too many fore checks maybe?
Just puckin' with the fans!
Garbage Day was yesterday. Each can has a number so places like mine can distinguish which can is theirs, however one of my neighbors apparently wanted to mark theirs to be sure.

That's just nasty. !!
Just like a woman's public restroom, nastiest place on earth. A great place to catch gonnaherpasyphalitous..
i would have guessed that she just missed the can :shrug:
You're right about nastiest place on Earth Mike. I've had to clean the women's room and they have a lot of nerve saying men are nasty. You catch the muffolucis in that place.
Years ago my employer had a plumber in for some problems in the employee's men's and woman's rest rooms. They both had lockers for us to keep things secure.
The guy worked in the men's room first then worked on the woman's.
When he walked out of the woman's there were quite a number of men and woman at the break room tables and the guy stopped and in a slightly raised voice said:
"Sorry Girls, but the Boy's is cleaner" and left.
All I remember are all of these females with pissed off faces and guys laughing------:roflmao:rofl2::tu:
They don't like to admit it (about themselves at least. They might admit it in broad brush strokes about OTHER women) but women are filthy.
I go to people's houses every day and I can tell you first hand that women are NOT cleaner or even tidier. One place I really see it a lot is in bachelor's. Men that are lifelong single are much cleaner than women that are lifelong single
A couple of weeks ago I was at the grocery store and needed the loo but the men's were out of order so I took a chance and used the ladies.
You're right about women. I'm not a misogynist but as far as female public toilets go at least, OMG - please don't ever lock the men's again.

As a surfer you Have to always be mindful of "the men in gray coats" but try not to think about it too much. If you knew just how many times sharks swam within inches of you you'd never go back in the water. Most of them aren't really interested in people, at least not interested in attacking them. Here at least the majority of attacks are accidental in that they see an ankle bracelet or bold contrasted bathing suit and think they're going for a small fish. I had one bump my board once though scared to ever livin' be-Jesus out of me.
I remember fishing with my dad on the old Flagler Beach pier. People would be out quite a ways standing on sand bars. What they couldn't see were all the sharks cruising between them and the beach.

That's gorgeous..!!
Thanks. View of Kaneohe Bay from my Patio. Those are the Ko'Olau mountains in the background. The bay is very shallow with a very large sand bar extending out about 1 mile from the shore to the sea. Lots of placid water in the mornings. That's a morning picture.
Here is the same view during the daytime (with my patio railing to prove it's legit);

Shakas brah!
Hey, my niece lives in Honolulu. Her name is Sarah. Do you know her?
:roflmao:rofl2::roflmao:rofl2:
Indeed. I remember on a flight from Chicago to New York about 10 years ago I sat next to a guy and he asked me about the same thing. "You live in Hawaii? Wow. Hey, do you know Bob Davis? He's a friend and lives there too." 1 in 1.5 million chance, but thanks for playing. ;)
Perhaps not as strange as it may seem to ask.
Many years ago when my youngest brother got married her grandparents gave them an all expense two week trip to Hawaii. Turned out to be the coldest weather in over 30 years. She was wearing his pants as she'd only packed skirts and shorts. Neither packed a jacket anyway my brother said they about froze.
Anyway---while they where there they ran into an old buddy of his from High School. Straight line distance of about 2800 miles from home.
Once while on vacation my family and I walked into a Denny's for breakfast and coming out the door were a couple from our church. Straight line distance was about 1000 miles from home.
My Company Commander in boot camp was from Lewiston ID which was about 70 miles from where I lived. He knew an old friend's aunt and uncle from high school. However he sure didn't cut me any slack! :rofl2:
....sigh....

Always a chance, like playing the lottery, but the odds are stacked very heavily against you. I probably personally know 20 people in the entire state of Hawaii by FIRST and LAST name, another 20 by FIRST name only, and another 50 or so by sight, but can't remember their name. That's 90 out of 1.5 million. Very slim odds.
