Happy Thanksgiving to all our Canadian neighbors. All us American truck drivers coming into Canada have had our deliveries delayed till Tuesday or Wednesday. It’s okay, I’m getting paid anyway.

Update: I've been stalled since Thursday. My delivery in Port Hope, ON moved to Wednesday 0800. Sitting just on US side till Tuesday at comfortable truck stop. Has allowed me to get caught up on so many threads.

A little advice: Don't impede an 80,000 lbs. 18 wheeler tanker carrying hazardous chemicals.

Happy Thanksgiving! I once spent an extended US Thanksgiving weekend on business in Quebec (the city, not the province), and by chance, Turkey pot pie was on the menu that Thursday night. That's what I went for. Now in France for an extended period, some friends, in-laws, my wife, and I are going to celebrate Thanksgiving here on the weekend following the 23rd of November, as that's when they all get time off from work. We did this three years ago and it was a great time. They're really psyched about it, which is amazing to me. Hope yours is a good one!

A very happy Thanksgiving to all, with a minor quibble. It is our American brethren who are late, rather than we who are early. After all, when the turkey's ready, it's time to eat.

TBH I celebrate both Canadian and American thanksgiving because there is never a bad excuse to have turkey!

You CAN have it for Christmas? I thought I was an obligation to have it at Christmas!

    Happy Thanksgiving y'all.
I've been doing my stoutness exercises all week to make sure I could stuff enough turkey down my gullet to choke a T-Rex
