Rocking turntable and several LP's to go with it....couple from each, Pink Floyd (Animals, Dark Side of the Moon, Meddle), Bob Dylan x 2, Led Zeppelin IV and Houses of the Holy, and a trip down to Queen West tomorrow to a vintage massive record shop....haven't put a needle to an LP in 25/30 years...can't beat that analog sound.

Hooked it up to my Bowe's TV sound system, good powerful amp, but tempted to pull my Yamaha 110 Watt a side amp out and dig out my old massive tower speakers, but so much real estate....glad I garbage bagged them and stored them thinking one day, old amp, even a Yamaha cassette deck, but don't think mixed tapes will make a comeback....LOL.

Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon....spinning a classic.

Dark Side of the Moon, surely their Magnum Opus. Still makes my heart race and my head giddy after listening to it for nearly 30 years.

Agreed, it's like MdC, just the pinnacle, but Animals and especially Meddle, the Echoes side for me are pure bliss....next LP to find is this classic:

Perhaps I was naughty this year. I had four Shaving related items on my list and none of them found their way to the Christmas tree. So....an order was placed yesterday for a jar of Baume.be shaving cream. I also ordered a stick of Harris shaving soap for a relative that uses a DE.

I got a pile of vintage and strange things over the last 6 months. Put it in a pile and told my daughters to divvy it up and give it back to me.
I got all this plus the Proraso single blade shaving cream as well.
    Pictured in the 2nd pic.

I DID reward myself with a fine pair of razors.
I have not had time to properly photograph them yet.
With all that is going on here, they will sit a bit more, I reckon!

    I will add them later.

So... I took one if my gift cards, n hopped in the truck, this morning. Made the 1/2 hr. Drive to Imperial shave, for my Christmas goodies. Nothing better than on- line, in real life. Makes ya like a sex maniac in a house of ill repute, once you walk thru the doors. But I only got what I wanted, and a few items that I'm due to run out of, soon.

So here's "MY" Christmas. My wife forgot to give me the model plane, it was under some stuff on the back seat of her car. BONUS.!!
