I decided to reduce the herd and put this one on the bay as you see it. I always ship USPS priority mail. That means it's in a hard box and not an envelope. The razor was wrapped in bubble wrap and taped so it wouldn't slip. I've shipped this way for about 3 more or less years now. Name: broken razor.jpg

The person wants there money back. I looked at the photo and this couldn't have happened on my end. Ebay was all but no help and pay pal has it now. I really don't look for it end in my favor and it's not the money it wasn't that much it's the idea that I might ship something like this. People that know me know that I want lie. It's not that I don't know how it's just that I want. I guess I should just brush it off but it still hits me wrong.

Since you have before and after pics and documentation of the Ebay sale, You should be due 50 bucks for included priority insurance. Obtain a pic of box damage and get ready to jump through some USPS hoops! Get the buyer to send it back and tell him you will gladly reimburse for purchase price. If Ebay gets involved they will take the price plus return shipping out of your paypal before he even sends it back.

I sent pay pal the photos and the other things they ask for. As I stated I really don't look to win and I'm sure that they will refund the money because eBay and pay pal are only for the customer and really could care less about the seller. But it does feel better to have a place to vent and to warn others of what happens . What ever happens I will add to this thread . Oh and they already put a hold on the money he paid. It'll be fun to see how honest they are.
You never really know but looking at it to me it looks as if it was closed too tightly and photo looks like it was a fresh brake.

Take it all to the PO, including the tracking number.
Any Priority box is insured for 50 unless you buy more!

Sadly, they can drop it playing with it after receiving and that is how it goes.

    Ebay!

I do understand that accidents can happen. I go in for another back operation Monday so I'm not going to worry too much about this I'm sweating the knife too much now.

That was my thought, on the break.
To weather the buyer, or USPS did it is the question.

I've had two packages show up here, that may have fallen out of the plane, or was even kicked to its destination.
Was at home once, when the guy walked up to the porch and tossed it, It rolled 6', and then hit the front door.

The box contained multiple razors, some without scales, and a brand new snow white, hone. Luckily nothing was harmed in any circumstances, but it doesn't make me happy, either.

    Best wishes with the surgery.

If I were you I'd take the buyer at their word, if they say they received it broken and you sent it whole then assume it was broken in transit, apologize and ask them to return it for a full refund. Then file a claim with usps.

I think you may be able to file a claim with USPS online. Especially if you purchased the shipping via ebay/paypal it's paid electronically and you fill out a form on usps.com Provide those pictures and also ask the buyer to take pictures of the box that they received it in and send you back everything for a full refund.
Or you can file the claim after you recover from the surgery, you probably have 30 to 60 days, but you have to check to be sure.

Indeed! And as has been mentioned by outback, THAT is a new, clean break.
The pic shows the pure, clean white of freshly-exposed bone for the entirety of the break while the before pic shows no issues at all.
Unless the box was damaged, no way it happened with it wrapped and in a box.
