Default Explaining Technology if Someone Appeared today from the 1950's

Just read this in The National Post, and it made me LAUGH OUT LOUD, and then ON THE FLOOR LAUGHING!

    i.e., LOL, ROTFL....explain that!

    Anyhow, enjoy:

"In a classic Reddit exchange five years ago, the question “If someone from the 1950s suddenly appeared today, what would be the most difficult thing to explain to them about today?” was answered “I possess a device, in my pocket, that is capable of accessing the entirety of information known to man. I use it to look at pictures of cats and get in to arguments with strangers.”

It's simple, cats like scratching posts and dogs like to sniff yer crotch.

    That's nothing.

Imagine someone living in 1900 who was born on some farm in the mid west and saw the telegraph, the telephone, electricity, cars, the industrial revolution, the civil war, slavery, and on and on.

And they saw it all during their life.

But just imagine if YOU were suddenly transported to the year 2100. You would really be in shock for either the technology or maybe they might be living in the stone age eh?

Trust humans to take amazing technology and turn it into something mundane and frivolous. That is if they are not trying too use to screw someone else. There is always a down side, I suppose.
