It can be tough dialing in on the right mix. Back to the health nut store and have a chat with one of the sales people, maybe some straight B12

I have been working some type of DuPont shift since 1991 and it’s not easy, my current schedule is the standard DuPont of working 7 days and 7 nights in a month and that does not count the extra OT to cover guys that are off, the older I get the harder it gets
