Interesting how using a messenger bag is considered, by some, as unmanly. OTH if you drop a gun into it they somehow magically become manly. Just call me dazed and confused as to what one has to do with the other.

Let me see if I've got this right. If I carry my side-bag (purse, murse, what-have-you) with the strap diagonally across the chest, or sort of like this

that's okay. But if I carry the side-bag with the strap hanging straight down, that's not.

Sure, have this messenger, and it's a great and very convenient cross-body bag - call it a purse or not, with a gun or without :-)

I always think robust looking folk carry a kilt better than skinny folk lol.

Here's his cousin: what would he be wearing under his kilt?

I think it has to do with the boots. It matches a skirt so well. I mean kilt.

Lol, yes indeed a terrible name I employ in self-deprecation.

Worst clothing accessory of the 80's? A touch harsh, although all that fluorescent probably didn't help matters.

Ugly they sure can be, but in my experience, they are the most practical bags I own.
