Best kitchen knife set for beginners

There are 2 qualities with Henkels the Zwilling with 2 men on them or those with 1 man. The 2 men are German made and the better quality the other with 1 man is international and lesser quality. I suggest you avoid the 1 man version.You can see a pic of the men below, sorry bit small but you should get the idea

Oh - if you are really getting into cooking and plan to make or buy better breads, a bread knife is key.
