Talk to Rez, his wife makes jewelry Dave.
Did a beauty pair of earrings that Ruthy wears often..
Can’t speak to her availability or interest but it’s a lead.
    Cool project buddy.

What kind of stones and who for?

I have done it for a hobby not for anyone else.

Another rabbit hole similar to razors........

Hey, going back over this thread, I had a thought..
If you are good at enough at carving, perhaps depending on how intricate your intended designs are relative to skill and or intended level of involvement..
You might design and carve, or design and have someone else carve out the idea, make a mold, and cast a gold or silver piece to set those stones in.
Just an idea that might add another level of intimacy to the gift..?
There are a large number of people using that clay to make beautiful pieces of artwork/jewelry.
Perhaps they would be cheaper than traditional gold/silver smiths? I don't know one way or another on expense, but can say there is some beautiful and high quality work being done..
