Thanked: 983The map has changed around here
Well, ,it looks like SRP's world map has changed a little since I was last here (quite a while), anyway Scott sent me a Pm to enquire into my whereabouts, nosey bugger that he is, and since I was here replying to him I thought I should at least take some time to say a Merry Xmas to everyone and a really bloody Happy New Year to you all as well.
Life keeps ticking over and not much has changed for me. No exciting news to tell or anything. The only thing that's changed around here is the old dog is getting older, the kids are getting older and somewhere along the way I picked up a new feathered friend who is currently screaming at me because I'm now out of site from her cage. While typing this I have to make silly bloody whistle and kissing sounds to reassure her I haven't left.
Anyway, I'll see if I can't remember how to attach a few photo's before I go and make myself my first coffee for the day (see how good I am. I haven't even had breakfast yet, and I'm here replying to PM's and posting little 'Love ya me Brothers (and sisters) in Blades' messages! )
All the best to everyone,
Mick.

I was looking at my friends list that isn't that large and thinking about you recently.
There are a couple there that I haven't heard from recently but keep hoping that they will pop back up like you just did!

How ya goin' then, mate? Good to see you back. My wife and I spent a lot of time around "Brizzy" last summer. It's a beautiful city full of beautiful people. We hope to come back soon, as my wife's best friend lives in Holland Park.
edit: Yeah, I like your bird too. I've never seen such an astonishing array of bird life as we did all over the East Coast of Aussie. We once flew into and through a flock of hundreds of white-crested cockatoos riding a ways out in the bush a bit.Last edited by ScoutHikerDad; 01-08-2019 at 11:02 PM.
