    Default The traveling bottle opener

Well the family and I are on vacation. So after getting the bottle opener from Bruno’s daughter, we figured we’d take it with us and show her the amazing places her creation gets to go!!!!
Let’s start with the Hard Rock Cafe in Louisville Kentucky

Ha! What a great idea, Dave, and certain to be appreciated by Bruno's daughter. I still remember the numerous occasions Bruno has carried around one (or, more) of her stuffed animals on his forging travels within Europe and to the United States.

Seems you noticed those safaris as well.

    Thanks Mark!

Well today we went to the Adventure Science Center in Nashville. And of course we took the bottle opener to Jupiter

Appreciate your generous offer of hospitality and over-the-top smoke deliciousness, TC!

Maybe within a few years I can make this trip happen. But, with a more exciting to drive road trip vehicle than my '04 Odyssey, who knows, I may get there sooner.

OK, I need to finish where the bottle opener has been.

Here, having a cocktail on the balcony in our hotel

Drinks were free every night from 5:30-7:30 so the opener drank for free that night

There's a great stuffed grizzly bear at the Bass Pro Shops in the Oprey Mills shopping mall. Of course the opener got up close and personal lol

And then it was off to the Country Music Museum and Hall of Fame

And of course Jimmy Hendrix star on the Walk of Fame

And then to the home of our 7th President, Andrew Jackson

I think I have more pictures, but for now these will do. Bruno, I hope your daughter enjoyed seeing where her creation has gone
