I never owned a Pontiac, but I have driven a few. My first car was a Chevy Chevelle. It was a great car, other than the tendency to rust. I did own an Olds Delta 88. I was crestfallen when General Motors dropped the historic Pontiac and Oldsmobile lines in favor of Buick.
That is a beautiful GTO. GM 8 cylinder engines were fantastic.
