Well you might be on the inside looking out if you were to do that, however.... What if you were to take some telephone poles, chain them together and make a long line and slip them in the water say around 7:01PM. If that boat were to hit those poles going the way he is in the picture, I promise you it won't be good for him or his boat. Then you can make money by repairing it. Does this until he stops. Then you'll be making some money off this asshole and stop his bad behavior. I'm coming up that way in September - you want me to help you set it up?
