Years ago i was reading a magazine that readers would write in to and tell about a certain dish they had at a restaurant and ask if the magazine could get the recipe for it.

One was for 'Sesame Chicken' and the recipe used 'Tahini' but said that peanut butter could be used but wouldn't be nearly as good.

Since I'd never used Tahini I made the dish using peanut butter and it was very good. So I decided to splurge and buy the tahini and give that a go.

I must say that I do prefer the tahini but the peanut butter isn't far behind.
